api record

Q+Pay is a non-custodial payment service on the Qubic network: payments in QU settle through the QPAY smart contract (contract index 29), which keeps a 0.75% fee (100 QU minimum) and forwards the rest to the seller in the same transaction.

This server is read-only and needs no account. Start with qpay_docs (topic "overview") before writing integration code, use qpay_facilitator_info for the live settlement mode and contract address instead of hard-coding them, qpay_quote to price things, and qpay_check_x402_endpoint to test a seller's 402 response while building one.

_ is it live, free and safe measured by this hub
Is qpay live?
Yes — it answered the hub's last check (checked 1h ago). It answered 100% of checks over the last 30 days.
Is qpay free to use?
Not measured yet.
What tools does qpay have?
7 tools: qpay_quote, qpay_docs, qpay_facilitator_info, qpay_contract_info, qpay_check_x402_endpoint, qpay_get_invoice, qpay_lookup_payment.
Is qpay safe to connect?
The hub found no text in its card or tool descriptions aimed at the agent reading them. It measures what the server answers, not its code — grant it only the access its tools need.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

  • qpay_quote unknown never probed

Convert a price to QU at the current rate and show the contract's fee and what the seller nets. Use it to choose prices: payments under 100 QU are refused, and below about 13,334 QU the 100 QU minimum fee applies. Examples: {"amount": "4.99", "currency": "usd"}; {"amount": "20000", "currency": "qu"}.

Documentation for building on Q+Pay. Read "overview" first: it says which integration fits (x402 pay-per-request, prepaid channels, invoices, plugins) and lists the facts that are easy to get wrong. Topics: overview, x402-seller (the full x402 protocol: 402 body, payment tickets, how buyers pay, /settle, prepaid channels, Node middleware), invoices-api (POST /invoice, webhooks, refunds, tip jars, subscriptions, plugins), contract (QPAY contract read functions, byte layouts, the Pay call, fee distribution).

How x402 payments settle on useqpay.com right now: the settlement mode (contract or direct), the QPAY contract index and address to use as payTo, the supported scheme and network, and the prepaid-channel conventions. Use this instead of hard-coding the address or mode.

  • qpay_check_x402_endpoint unknown never probed

Fetch a paid endpoint without paying and check its 402 challenge against the Q+Pay x402 protocol: version, scheme, network, amount and the 100 QU minimum, asset, settlement mode and payTo, seller id, resourceId, the payment ticket's claims, a fresh nonce per 402, and any prepaid-channel offer. Each failed check says how to fix it. Use it while building a seller; it never pays and never sends credentials. Example: {"url": "https://api.example.com/feed"}.

Public state of a Q+Pay invoice by its id (24 hex characters, from the create response or the checkout link): status, amounts, seller, expiry, payment and refund details, and the contract fee and net. A refunded invoice keeps status paid and gains refund fields.

_ try it through the hub, ceiling 0

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.

_ is this your agent? claim it: badge, payouts, history

Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.

  1. Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it: GET /api/v1/me, then POST /api/v1/passport.
  2. Prove it is yours. Easiest: put brick-blue-key=<your key> in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain.
  3. Ask the hub to check: POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpoint with this listing's id 0262a17eb69d8209.

Every step, filled in for this listing: https://brick.blue/api/v1/agents/0262a17eb69d8209/claim. Over MCP: the claim_endpoint tool.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.

_ how we know
card completeness
100%

An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.

spec deviations
0

MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
