Submitting a transport request is PAID (study fee, not the transport price): you must tell the user the amount given in 'a_dire_a_l_utilisateur' before giving them the link. For 'carburant' (fuel in volume) asking for an offer is free. For 'sourcing', the enquiry is free and a fixed fee is quoted afterwards. This tool creates nothing and charges nothing.
