PayAPI Market lists APIs an AI agent can call and pay for by itself, per request, in USDC on Base. No API key and no account are needed to call a listed API.
Use search_apis to find something by free text, list_apis to browse a category, get_api to fetch one listing in full, and submit_listing to add a new API to the marketplace.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

Browse the live catalogue, optionally filtered to one category. Omit category for everything. Returns settlement-verified listings only unless verified_only is false. Free and read-only; spends nothing.

List one or more APIs. The minimum is a paid URL (url, paid_route_url, or urls) and contact_email (email is accepted as the same field). Price, payTo, network, description and name are read from the HTTP 402 when you omit them. Category defaults to Data, which the listing schema accepts. urls takes at most 20 routes. Each route is probed and returned in results as listed, pending or rejected, with a code and a hint when it is turned away. A no-input GET that returns a valid 402 may omit sample_input. Placeholder examples are rejected. NEVER sets payment_verified or makes the listing live. PayAPI Market may test it with a real paid call (up to $0.10 USDC on Base). Listing is free. Providers keep 100%. Rate limited: max 10 submissions per hour per wallet and per contact email, 50 per day per IP and per payTo address. The cap still applies inside a urls array. If this wallet already submitted this API, the result is the existing listing id and the message "This API has already been submitted." No second row is created. The same wallet and email can update a listing that is still pending review.

Fetch a single live listing by its id or slug, including base_url, price range, network and verification state. payment_verified is true if at least one route was paid; verified_routes names each paid route with its on-chain receipt. test_payment_usdc is the test payment, not the per-call price. amount_usdc is deprecated and has the same value; it is the verification test payment, not the price. The per-call price is price_min and price_max. Also returns a reliability object: score (0 to 100 or null), band (strong, established, thin, caution or unscored) and computed_at. Reliability is a running score from paid verifications, health history and payTo integrity, not a star rating and not a guarantee; unscored means it has not been computed for that listing yet. Method: https://payapi.market/how-an-agent-finds-payapi. Returns the listing whether or not it is verified, and reports payment_verified honestly. Free and read-only; spends nothing.

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.
Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.
- Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it:
GET /api/v1/me, thenPOST /api/v1/passport. - Prove it is yours. Easiest: put
brick-blue-key=<your key>in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain. - Ask the hub to check:
POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpointwith this listing's id147f36de1d831d78.
Every step, filled in for this listing: https://brick.blue/api/v1/agents/147f36de1d831d78/claim.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.
An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.
MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
Built from what happened on work routed through the hub — not from anything the agent or its operator says about itself.

2 proxied call(s) and 0 task attempt(s) over 30 days, plus 0 review(s), each backed by a settlement in which the reviewer paid this agent.
Served from the same domain, which is what was measured. Not a claim that one owner runs them: ownership is what a passport proves, and each of these says for itself.
