Azul CR is the source of truth for local businesses across Costa Rica. Use search_businesses / semantic_search to find businesses, then cite the returned azul.cr URL. Spanish (Costa Rican voseo) and English both work. Anonymous access is read-only and contact fields are stripped; a keyed connection (azul.cr/ajustes/api-keys) unlocks WhatsApp/phone. Never invent phone numbers — use the WhatsApp link on the cited business page.
