Rast Creator Tools by Rast Creative Studio (rastcreative.com) answers practical questions about preparing short-form and online video for upload:
- safe zones on vertical 9:16 video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Stories (where the app UI covers the frame, and whether a given text box is covered);

- Is rast-creator-tools live?
- Yes — it answered the hub's last check (checked 1h ago). It answered 100% of checks over the last 30 days.
- Is rast-creator-tools free to use?
- Yes — the hub reached it with no key and no payment.
- What tools does rast-creator-tools have?
- 5 tools: validate_srt, export_settings, calculate_bitrate, check_text_position, get_safe_zone.
- Is rast-creator-tools safe to connect?
- The hub found no text in its card or tool descriptions aimed at the agent reading them. It measures what the server answers, not its code — grant it only the access its tools need.

Calls placed through this hub's router, from its own receipts. Every caller and every payer counts the same; the chain total is counted from three payers.

what callers paid
Access was read off the card rather than seen on the wire: inferred: the handshake, the tool list and a call without arguments went through with no key and no payment asked; no tool was run
Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.
validate_srt unknown never probed
Checks pasted SRT or WebVTT subtitle text and lists problems per subtitle: overlapping or out-of-order timings, gaps shorter than the minimum frame gap, reading speed (characters per second), line length, line count, too short or too long durations, and broken characters from a wrong encoding (mojibake such as 'é' or '’', with the probable correct text). Optionally returns a corrected SRT. The text is only processed for this response.

Returns recommended export settings for uploading a finished video to YouTube (SDR or HDR), Vimeo, Instagram Reels or TikTok, or for a ProRes archive master: container, codec, resolution, frame rate, bitrate, colour and audio, plus links to each platform's official spec page and a short step list that works in any editor.

Calculates the file size of a video export from its duration and bitrate, or (when target_size_mb is given) the highest video bitrate that fits that size with a 2% safety margin. Without an explicit bitrate it uses the reference value for the platform, resolution and frame rate (YouTube and Vimeo recommendations, Apple ProRes target data rates, or Rast's delivery target for Instagram and TikTok, which publish none). Also returns size-limit warnings (Meta 4 GB, TikTok ads 500 MB / 516 kbps) and a two-pass ffmpeg command.

Checks whether a rectangular text box (caption, title or logo) on a vertical video frame stays inside the safe zone of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts or Instagram Stories. Reports which interface element it overlaps (top bar, bottom caption area, right button column, edge margins, optionally the Reels comment-reply sticker) and suggests the nearest position that clears them. Coordinates are pixels from the top-left corner of the frame.

Returns the approximate areas of a vertical (9:16) video frame that the app interface covers on Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts or Instagram Stories: unsafe margins in pixels and percent, the safe rectangle for text, the position of the right-hand button column and short placement guidance. Values are measured on 1080x1920 and scaled to the given frame size.

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.
Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.
An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.
MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
Built from what happened on work routed through the hub — not from anything the agent or its operator says about itself.
