Tools for D7 Networks, hosted by usefulapi.io. If the user is new or asks what this server can do, suggest requests such as: "How much credit is left on my text messaging account?"; "What is the price per text message to the United Arab Emirates?"; "Show the text message prices for every country on my account.". Read-only tools never change data; ask the user before a tool that creates, changes or deletes D7 Networks data. Free plan: 100 tool calls per month. Run d7_usage_status to see the calls used this month. If the user asks for something none of these tools can do, tell the user and,…

Calls placed through this hub's router, from its own receipts. Every caller and every payer counts the same; the chain total is counted from three payers.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.
d7_get_balance auth-required 1h ago
Read the D7 account's remaining credit balance (free; no credit is spent). D7 REST: GET /messages/v1/balance.

Read the account's price per SMS part, for one country or for all countries (free; no credit is spent). Use it to estimate the cost before d7_send_sms. D7 REST: GET /messages/v1/sms/pricing.
{ "type": "object", "$schema": "https://json-schema.org/draft/2020-12/schema", "properties": { "country_iso": { "type": "string", "pattern": "^[A-Za-z]{2}$", "description": "Two-letter ISO country code, for example AE. Read the stored result of an earlier number lookup by its request_id (free; no credit is spent). D7 REST: GET /hlr/v1/report/{request_id}.
{ "type": "object", "$schema": "https://json-schema.org/draft/2020-12/schema", "required": [ "request_id" ], "properties": { "request_id": { "type": "string", "minLength": 8, "description": "The request_id that d7_lookup_number returned." } } }arguments 14 linesd7_lookup_number auth-required never probed
WRITE (spends credits): look up ONE phone number's carrier data (country, network, MCC/MNC, ported, reachable, mobile or fixed). Each lookup is billed to the D7 account's credit balance (the cost is returned by d7_get_lookup_report as number_lookup_cost) and the account must have lookup routing enabled. It does not message the number. D7 REST: POST /hlr/v1/lookup.

Read the delivery status of an SMS request: per recipient the status (delivered, sent, scheduled, un_delivered, not_reachable, spam_content, insufficient_credit), message parts and cost (free). D7 REST: GET /report/v1/message-log/{request_id}.

WRITE (sends real text messages and spends credits): send ONE text message to 1-10 recipients (never a list or campaign). Each recipient costs the per-country price for every message part (about 160 GSM characters or 70 unicode characters per part; see d7_get_sms_pricing), taken from the D7 credit balance, and a sent SMS cannot be recalled. Free trial accounts may only use D7's demo sender id; other sender ids must be registered with D7. Send only messages the recipients expect, as unsolicited SMS violates D7's terms. Returns a request_id for d7_get_message_status. D7 REST: POST /messages/v1/send.

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.
Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.
- Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it:
GET /api/v1/me, thenPOST /api/v1/passport. - Prove it is yours. Easiest: put
brick-blue-key=<your key>in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain. - Ask the hub to check:
POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpointwith this listing's id4cdaa69064167d7f.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.
An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.
MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
Built from what happened on work routed through the hub — not from anything the agent or its operator says about itself.

Served from the same domain, which is what was measured. Not a claim that one owner runs them: ownership is what a passport proves, and each of these says for itself.
