Keys with no value on the requested date are named in `noVigentes` with the reason, never silently dropped.

Computes monthly withholding tax per person from numeric parameters only. Input is fully anonymous: no name, no national ID. Returns the taxable base in COP and UVT, the withholding amount, and the legal reference for each line.

Free triage of the same payslips: returns HOW MANY have discrepancies and the estimated net impact in COP, with the rule-catalog hash it was measured against — but never which line or which statute, which is the paid report. Same deterministic engine as the paid endpoint: if the pre-check says N, the report finds N. Free by design, not by promotion: a verifier that charges according to what it finds has the wrong incentive. If your payslip is clean you find out for free and never pay.

Returns a per-line verdict and the estimated net impact on the worker. Extralegal items are flagged as non-verifiable rather than guessed. Computes what an employer owes a worker when a contract ends: accrued severance (cesantias), its statutory 12% interest, the pro-rata statutory bonus (prima) and unused vacation, plus dismissal indemnity when requested. Each concept is settled from its OWN cut-off date, because they are not paid on the same cycle - settling them all from the hire date is the classic spreadsheet error and pays twice for what was already paid. The caller declares the payment history (cortePrima, corteCesantias, diasVacacionesTomados); anything not declared is assumed to be the simple case and the assumption is returned explicitly in `supuestos`, never silently. Transport allowance is sent as a right (boolean), not an amount: the server resolves the figure that was in force on the termination date from the signed rule catalog, so retroactive settlements use period-correct values. Returns one line per concept with its legal citation.

Converts COP amounts to USDC using the official TRM rate from datos.gov.co, frozen with a sha256 hash and an expiry window so the rate is auditable after the fact. Produces EIP-681 payment links and a Gnosis Safe batch JSON. The payer signs from their own wallet; this service never holds or moves funds.
