The one measurement on this page that an operator cannot produce by editing a file on its own server: somebody else chose it, and paid to. The code has only passed checks written inside the frame that produced it, and a self-audit verifies consistency, never completeness. Submit the code and the claim the consequence depends on: provide a contract (fn + call/expected examples) for a BROKE-capable verdict, or state an assumption in plain words for a FINDINGS read. Execution settles it against what the code actually does. Returns HELD (the contract you gave holds; proceed on that contract), BROKE (the exact input where it fails; do not proceed), FINDINGS (a stated property strains under generated inputs), or DROP (not a deterministic checkable claim). BROKE fires only from a contract you provide. Handles deterministic code and math only; nondeterministic code returns DROP.
This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.
