Leafmelt converts documents to Markdown. convert_to_markdown takes up to 5 public document URLs (or base64 files) in PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx/.xlsm/.xlsb/.xls), OpenDocument (.odt/.ods), Apple Numbers, CSV, HTML and XML and returns each as Markdown with headings and tables kept, plus character and approximate token counts. No OCR: scanned PDFs return little text (emptyText: true).
