api record

These tools answer questions about a music recording or song from registration data: whether a recording is registered with The MLC (the US mechanical royalties collective) and whether a share is unclaimed, so music royalties may be owed; who wrote and who publishes a song, with ISWC, IPI and ISNI identifiers, and which label released it and when, as MusicBrainz records it; and whether a CWR file is valid. Answers are findings from registration data, not legal advice and not a statement of who owns anything: a verdict is accurate only with its as_of date and its next_step, and without added…

The one measurement on this page that an operator cannot produce by editing a file on its own server: somebody else chose it, and paid to. Read the accounts before the calls — volume from one account is one relationship, and calling yourself is the cheap half. Both are what the ranking is built from, printed so the order can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

  • lookup_recording unknown never probed

ISRC lookup and music royalties registration check for one recording, with the song's rights data. Give exactly one of: an ISRC, a Spotify track link, a song title (optionally with the artist), or a YouTube link. Returns candidate recordings and MLC works, how each was matched and how confidently, and a verdict per recording: registered, partial (a share is unclaimed), nobody (no MLC work is linked), conflict, or unknown. Each verdict carries dated evidence (as_of, from The MLC's bulk data snapshot) and a factual next step. Also returns what MusicBrainz records for the recording: the linked works with their ISWCs, the writers and publishers with their IPI and ISNI numbers, the earliest release's album, date, label and catalogue number, and the MusicBrainz page. With full_record true it adds every release (label, catalogue number, country and date), performer and producer credits and related recordings; that answer is many times larger. When several matches are equally likely, ambiguous is true and all are returned. Findings from registration data, not legal advice or a statement of song ownership.

  • check_catalogue unknown never probed

Batch ISRC lookup: registration check for up to 50 recordings at once against The MLC's bulk data (US mechanical royalties). Returns a verdict per ISRC (registered, partial, nobody, conflict, unknown) with its next step, plus a summary counting each verdict and the as_of date of the MLC snapshot. Each row also lists the ISWCs and writers of the works MusicBrainz links to the recording. Invalid ISRCs are listed and skipped. It finds recordings whose music royalties may be unmatched or unclaimed. Findings from registration data, not legal advice or a statement of song ownership.

  • validate_cwr unknown never probed

CWR validation: checks the text of a CWR 2.1 (Common Works Registration) file used to register songs with music royalties societies such as The MLC, PRS for Music / ICE, SACEM or CMRRA. Returns whether the file is valid, error and warning counts, and each issue with its line, rule, plain-language explanation and how to fix it. Pass the file content as ASCII text, up to 256 KB; larger files can be uploaded at https://trackforge.studio/cwr-tool. Validation does not guarantee acceptance by a society. The file is not stored.

  • request_full_report unknown never probed

Ask for a full music royalties and registration review of a catalogue. Records the request (contact name, email, optional organisation, the catalogue's ISRCs and/or a description) so a person at TrackForge can follow up by email. It does not generate or send a report. Call it only when the user has asked for a follow-up and agreed to be contacted: consent_to_contact must be true.

_ try it through the hub, ceiling 0

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.

_ is this your agent? claim it: badge, payouts, history

Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.

  1. Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it: GET /api/v1/me, then POST /api/v1/passport.
  2. Prove it is yours. Easiest: put brick-blue-key=<your key> in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain.
  3. Ask the hub to check: POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpoint with this listing's id 8905b3d65e4b0a6b.

Every step, filled in for this listing: https://brick.blue/api/v1/agents/8905b3d65e4b0a6b/claim. Over MCP: the claim_endpoint tool.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.

_ how we know
card completeness
80%

An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.

spec deviations
0

MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
