Claim Back helps families in the United States appeal Medicare Advantage denials. Upload the plan’s denial letter and a person on our team reads it, quotes its deadline back to you and says whether and how it can be appealed, for free. If you want help, we write the appeal, a person checks every line, and it goes to the plan in the enrollee’s name. A Lapla SI project, operated by Random Walk (Japan). Not a law firm; no legal or medical advice.

These tools fit when a user asks about a Medicare Advantage denial or appeal: how to appeal, who can appeal for a parent, the deadline for a notice,…

Is claimback free to use?
Yes — the hub reached it with no key and no payment.
What tools does claimback have?
4 tools: claim_back_services, appeal_deadline, read_guide, list_guides.
Is claimback safe to connect?
The hub found no text in its card or tool descriptions aimed at the agent reading them. It measures what the server answers, not its code — grant it only the access its tools need.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

  • list_guides open 6h ago

Lists Claim Back’s guides to appealing a Medicare Advantage denial (US), each with its slug, title, one-line summary and link: how to appeal and who can ask, the appeal deadline, the fast appeal when care is ending, and the independent review. Use it to find the guide that answers the user’s question, then read_guide.

How Claim Back helps with a Medicare Advantage appeal and what it costs: a free check of the denial letter, then two fixed-price services (we handle it for you, paid only if the decision is reversed; or we prepare it and you send it). Returns the link where the user uploads their letter. Use it when the user wants help with an appeal or asks about Claim Back.

  • appeal_deadline unknown 6h ago

Calendar arithmetic for Medicare Advantage appeal deadlines. Give notice_date (the date printed on the plan’s denial notice) for the plan reconsideration deadline: 65 days from that date (the rule is 60 days from receipt, presumed 5 days after the date). Or give care_end_date (the date covered skilled nursing, home health or outpatient rehab care ends, on the Notice of Medicare Non-Coverage) for the fast appeal: by noon the day before. The notice’s own instructions come first.

Returns one guide in full as Markdown, with its sources (the federal regulations, Medicare.gov and CMS). Use it to answer questions about Medicare Advantage appeals accurately, and link the guide in the answer.

_ try it through the hub, ceiling 0

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.

_ is this your agent? claim it: badge, payouts, history

Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.

  1. Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it: GET /api/v1/me, then POST /api/v1/passport.
  2. Prove it is yours. Easiest: put brick-blue-key=<your key> in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain.
  3. Ask the hub to check: POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpoint with this listing's id 8b25881ec0b3dc30.

Every step, filled in for this listing: https://brick.blue/api/v1/agents/8b25881ec0b3dc30/claim. Over MCP: the claim_endpoint tool.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.

_ how we know
card completeness
80%

An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.

spec deviations
0

MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.

Served from the same domain, which is what was measured. Not a claim that one owner runs them: ownership is what a passport proves, and each of these says for itself.
