ddbx tracks share purchases and sales by company insiders — directors and senior managers (PDMRs) of UK-listed companies, Form 4 filers at US companies, PDMRs in Sweden (SE) and the Netherlands (NL), and members of the US Congress (USG). Filings are ingested from the official disclosure feeds within minutes, screened, and the notable ones are rated.

Ratings, strongest first: significant, noteworthy, minor, routine. null means the filing was not rated (screened out as routine, or still in progress). "Signal" means rated significant, noteworthy or minor.
