api record

VeritaHire reads US jobs directly from employers' own careers sites. Use search_live_jobs to find live jobs near a place and get_job to read one in full before recommending it. If anything looks wrong (a closed job, a wrong place or pay, results that miss), call report_problem. Use benchmark_role for free compensation benchmarking of a healthcare role, is_job_still_open to check a posting is still live, and request_full_report only when the user wants the full report emailed to them.

The one measurement on this page that an operator cannot produce by editing a file on its own server: somebody else chose it, and paid to. Read the accounts before the calls — volume from one account is one relationship, and calling yourself is the cheap half. Both are what the ranking is built from, printed so the order can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

  • search_live_jobs unknown never probed

Search US jobs that are live right now on employers' own careers sites (re-read on a schedule, retired within about 36 hours of leaving). Give what (title or keywords) and where (City, ST or ZIP), or remote_only. Returns up to 25 jobs with posted pay, what each posting asks for (education, licences, years), distance, when it was last confirmed, and the employer's own apply link. Nothing is filtered except by the filters you set; weigh the "asks" with the person. Call get_job to read a whole posting before recommending it.

Sends one email to the person's own address. Their click starts a daily email of new jobs matching this search (still live on employers' own careers sites) and creates their free VeritaHire account if needed. You cannot complete that step for them. Only call this when the person asks for alerts at that address.

  • report_problem unknown never probed

Report a problem you found while using these tools: a job listed as open that the employer's site shows closed (job_closed), wrong place, wrong pay, wrong employer name, a search that returned irrelevant results or missed jobs it should have found, or duplicates. Include job_id when it is about one job, and the search you ran when it is about results. Do not include the person's name, email or other personal details. A person reads every report.

  • benchmark_role unknown never probed

Free salary / compensation benchmarking for one US healthcare clinical job posting (nurses, therapists, techs, pharmacists, aides): the pay competitors post for the same role nearby, how long roles like it take to close (time to fill), how long this employer's own roles usually take, who else is hiring for it within 25 miles, and recent closes. Measured from employers' own careers sites. Identify the posting by job_url (the careers-site link, or a veritahire.com/j/ link), job_id, or employer + title (+ city, state). If the answer has status "building", call again after retry_after_seconds.

Emails the full benchmark report for a posting to the person who will use it (their work email). Their click creates a free VeritaHire account and opens the report; you cannot complete that step for them. Only call this when the user asked for the report to go to that address.

Checks whether a job posting is still on the employer's own careers site (VeritaHire re-reads employer sites and marks a posting closed within about 36 hours of it leaving). Returns open, closed or unknown, with the last time it was confirmed. Use before recommending or applying to a posting found elsewhere.

_ try it through the hub, ceiling 0

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.

_ how we know
card completeness
100%

An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.

spec deviations
0

MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
