Start with want (a product link or ASIN) or sync_wishlist (a wishlist link) and their email; that adds to their btw agent, and makes one if there isn't one. my_agent lists what it's watching with a status on each: watching, group forming (enough agents want it that btw is talking to the brand), or live (a price and a deadline).
