FreeTTS turns text into spoken audio in 149 languages. Call text_to_speech with the text (and a voice from list_voices or suggest_voice) and give the user the returned link. Without a FreeTTS key the free voices work with a daily allowance; a key from freetts.org/dashboard raises the limits and, on PRO, adds HD voices, dialogue_to_speech and script_to_tracks.

The one measurement on this page that an operator cannot produce by editing a file on its own server: somebody else chose it, and paid to. Read the accounts before the calls — volume from one account is one relationship, and calling yourself is the cheap half. Both are what the ranking is built from, printed so the order can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

Show the FreeTTS plan behind this connection and what is left: characters today or this month, requests a minute, HD voices, watermark. Use it when the user asks about limits, their plan, or why a request was refused.

List FreeTTS voices for a language or a search word, with the voice id to pass to text_to_speech. Says which voices are free and which need a FreeTTS PRO key (HD and Signature). Use it when the user names a language, accent or gender, or asks what voices exist.

Convert text to spoken audio with a FreeTTS voice and return a download link to the MP3 (or WAV with a PRO key). Use it when the user wants text read aloud, narrated, or saved as an audio file. Without a FreeTTS key: standard voices, up to 2,000 characters a call, a short spoken "FreeTTS" tag at the end, file kept one hour. With a key: the account's plan (PRO: HD and Signature voices, no tag, 10,000 characters a call, files kept 30 days).

Turn a script with several speakers into one audio file, a different FreeTTS voice per speaker, with a pause between lines. Write each line as 'Name: text'. Use it for two-host shows, interviews, scenes, language lessons with two speakers. Needs a FreeTTS account connected to this server; the full feature is PRO (a free account can try one short scene a day).

Record a script with exact timing, the way FreeTTS Script mode does: (pause 2) is exactly 2 seconds of silence, (beep), (ding) and (click) play a sound, 'CUE:' lines are read in a second voice, 'TRACK: name' starts a new audio file, 'NAME: line' makes a scene with a voice per character. Returns one file with everything plus one file per track. Use it for ear prompter tracks, voiceovers timed to footage, rehearsal tracks, workout or recipe step audio. Needs a connected FreeTTS PRO account.

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Own the domain? Prove it and the listing carries a verified badge here too: passport.
An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.
MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
Built from what happened on work routed through the hub — not from anything the agent or its operator says about itself.
