anpheros-fhir
Registry code: bb6b93b0648dd762
Anpheros FHIR: a managed HL7 FHIR R4 and REST health-data API (EU-hosted) with patient consent, provenance and an AI-ready context API.
This server works on the caller's SANDBOX project: 30 synthetic patients with realistic histories (ICD-10 conditions, ATC medications, LOINC labs and vitals, six months of data), plus any patients the project creates. No real person's data is involved.

- Is anpheros-fhir live?
- Yes — it answered the hub's last check (checked 2h ago). It answered 100% of checks over the last 30 days.
- Is anpheros-fhir free to use?
- No — it asks for a key or a login before it will serve.
- What tools does anpheros-fhir have?
- 14 tools: lookup_code, get_provenance, list_patients, get_patient_context, get_patient_summary, search_fhir, read_fhir_resource, validate_fhir_resource, ….
- Is anpheros-fhir safe to connect?
- The hub found no text in its card or tool descriptions aimed at the agent reading them. It measures what the server answers, not its code — grant it only the access its tools need.

Calls placed through this hub's router, from its own receipts. Every caller and every payer counts the same; the chain total is counted from three payers.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.
sandbox_status auth-required 2h ago
This sandbox project's state: synthetic and own patients, writes used today, document storage, resets.
{ "type": "object", "title": "sandbox_statusArguments", "properties": {} }arguments 5 lineslookup_code unknown never probed
Find codes in the bundled LOINC (lab tests, vital signs) or ATC (medicines) subset: by text with `query` (for example 'hba1c' or 'metformin'), or one exact `code`.
{ "type": "object", "title": "lookup_codeArguments", "required": [ "system" ], "properties": { "code": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Code", "default": null }, "limit": { "type": "integer", "title": "Limit", "default": 10 }, "query": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Query", "default": null }, "system": { "enum": [ "loinc", "atc" ], "type": "string", "title": "System" } } }arguments 46 linesget_provenance unknown 2h ago
Who wrote a resource in the patient's record, when, from which system and on whose behalf.
{ "type": "object", "title": "get_provenanceArguments", "required": [ "patient_id", "resource_type", "resource_id" ], "properties": { "patient_id": { "type": "string", "title": "Patient Id" }, "resource_id": { "type": "string", "title": "Resource Id" }, "resource_type": { "type": "string", "title": "Resource Type" } } }arguments 23 lineslist_patients unknown never probed
List the patients this sandbox project can see: the 30 synthetic personas plus any patients it created. Returns ids to use with the other tools. Use `cursor` from the previous page to continue. To filter (name, birth date, identifier), use search_fhir on Patient.
{ "type": "object", "title": "list_patientsArguments", "properties": { "limit": { "type": "integer", "title": "Limit", "default": 20 }, "cursor": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Cursor", "default": null } } }arguments 23 linesget_patient_context unknown never probed
Build an AI-ready context for one patient: the parts of the record that matter for `question` or `task`, within `budget_tokens`, each item labelled with its source and provenance. This is the recommended way to give a model a patient's record. `needs` narrows the sections (for example ["conditions", "medications", "labs"]).
{ "type": "object", "title": "get_patient_contextArguments", "required": [ "patient_id" ], "properties": { "task": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Task", "default": null }, "needs": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "array", "items": { "type": "string" } }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Needs", "default": null }, "format": { "enum": [ "text", "structured" ], "type": "string", "title": "Format", "default": "text" }, "question": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Question", "default": null }, "patient_id": { "type": "string", "title": "Patient Id" }, "window_days": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "integer" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Window Days", "default": null }, "budget_tokens": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "integer" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Budget Tokens", "default": null } } }arguments 85 linesget_patient_summary unknown never probed
The patient's International Patient Summary (IPS, FHIR $summary): a FHIR document Bundle with problems, medications, allergies, results and vital signs. `language` (BCP 47, for example 'de' or 'ro') sets the narrative language.
{ "type": "object", "title": "get_patient_summaryArguments", "required": [ "patient_id" ], "properties": { "language": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Language", "default": null }, "patient_id": { "type": "string", "title": "Patient Id" } } }arguments 25 linessearch_fhir unknown never probed
Standard FHIR R4 search, returning a searchset Bundle. Examples: resource_type='Observation', params={'patient': '<id>', 'code': 'http://loinc.org|4548-4', '_sort': '-date'}; resource_type='Patient', params={'name': 'Elena'}; resource_type='Condition', params={'patient': '<id>', 'clinical-status': 'active'}.
{ "type": "object", "title": "search_fhirArguments", "required": [ "resource_type" ], "properties": { "count": { "type": "integer", "title": "Count", "default": 20 }, "params": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "object", "additionalProperties": { "type": "string" } }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Params", "default": null }, "resource_type": { "type": "string", "title": "Resource Type" } } }arguments 33 linesread_fhir_resource unknown never probed
Read one FHIR resource by type and id; with `version`, that exact earlier version.
{ "type": "object", "title": "read_fhir_resourceArguments", "required": [ "resource_type", "resource_id" ], "properties": { "version": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Version", "default": null }, "resource_id": { "type": "string", "title": "Resource Id" }, "resource_type": { "type": "string", "title": "Resource Type" } } }arguments 30 linesvalidate_fhir_resource unknown never probed
Check a FHIR R4 resource (structure, and optionally a profile URL) without saving it. Returns an OperationOutcome; use it before create_fhir_resource.
{ "type": "object", "title": "validate_fhir_resourceArguments", "required": [ "resource" ], "properties": { "profile": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Profile", "default": null }, "resource": { "type": "object", "title": "Resource", "additionalProperties": true } } }arguments 26 linescreate_fhir_resource unknown never probed
Create a FHIR R4 resource in the sandbox (for example an Observation, Condition or MedicationStatement for a patient). It is validated first; the write is recorded with provenance 'via MCP' and counts toward the sandbox's daily writes.
{ "type": "object", "title": "create_fhir_resourceArguments", "required": [ "resource" ], "properties": { "resource": { "type": "object", "title": "Resource", "additionalProperties": true } } }arguments 14 linescreate_patient unknown never probed
Create a new (made-up) patient owned by this sandbox project. Dates are ISO (YYYY-MM-DD).
{ "type": "object", "title": "create_patientArguments", "required": [ "given", "family" ], "properties": { "given": { "type": "string", "title": "Given" }, "family": { "type": "string", "title": "Family" }, "gender": { "anyOf": [ { "enum": [ "male", "female", "other", "unknown" ], "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Gender", "default": null }, "birth_date": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Birth Date", "default": null } } }arguments 48 linesimport_lab_report unknown never probed
Import a whole lab report for a patient: each row becomes a laboratory Observation (LOINC where recognised), with reference range and interpretation. CSV columns like test, value, unit, range, date; HL7 v2 ORU^R01 messages; or the JSON form from the API reference. `date` (ISO) is used for rows without one. Re-sending is safe.
{ "type": "object", "title": "import_lab_reportArguments", "required": [ "patient_id", "content" ], "properties": { "date": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Date", "default": null }, "format": { "enum": [ "csv", "hl7v2", "json" ], "type": "string", "title": "Format", "default": "csv" }, "content": { "type": "string", "title": "Content" }, "patient_id": { "type": "string", "title": "Patient Id" } } }arguments 40 linesreset_sandbox unknown never probed
Recreate the 30 synthetic patients as they were at the start, with fresh ids and six months of history. Everything this project wrote on them is deleted; patients the project created itself stay. Set `confirm` to true only when the user asked for a reset.
{ "type": "object", "title": "reset_sandboxArguments", "properties": { "confirm": { "type": "boolean", "title": "Confirm", "default": false } } }arguments 11 linesget_timeline unknown 2h ago
The patient's record in date order across resource types (observations, conditions, medications, encounters…). Dates are ISO (YYYY-MM-DD).
{ "type": "object", "title": "get_timelineArguments", "required": [ "patient_id" ], "properties": { "limit": { "type": "integer", "title": "Limit", "default": 50 }, "types": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "array", "items": { "type": "string" } }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Types", "default": null }, "cursor": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "Cursor", "default": null }, "to_date": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "To Date", "default": null }, "from_date": { "anyOf": [ { "type": "string" }, { "type": "null" } ], "title": "From Date", "default": null }, "patient_id": { "type": "string", "title": "Patient Id" } } }arguments 69 lines
This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.
Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.
- Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it:
GET /api/v1/me, thenPOST /api/v1/passport. - Prove it is yours. Easiest: put
brick-blue-key=<your key>in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain. - Ask the hub to check:
POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpointwith this listing's idbb6b93b0648dd762.

Over MCP: the claim_endpoint tool.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.
An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.
MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
Built from what happened on work routed through the hub — not from anything the agent or its operator says about itself.
