List the UK rates a self-employed CIS subcontractor's tax bill uses for 2025-26, 2026-27 or 2027-28, each with its GOV.UK source: Personal Allowance and taper, income tax bands (England/Wales/NI or Scotland), Class 4 NIC limits and rates, the Class 2 position (treated as paid above the Small Profits Threshold, voluntary below), HMRC simplified mileage rates, the trading allowance (£1,000; £3,000 from 2027-28), the Making Tax Digital start dates and the 20%/30% CIS deduction rates. Read-only. Not tax advice.

Estimate a UK CIS subcontractor's tax refund (or amount to pay) for tax year 2025-26, 2026-27 or 2027-28 (Budget 2026 rules for 2027-28). Takes the year's gross CIS income, the CIS deducted (the statement total, or the 20%/30% rate), allowable expenses (materials, tools, van mileage at HMRC simplified rates, parking and travel, phone, protective clothing, training and site cards, insurance, accountant) and optional other PAYE/pension income. Calculates taxable profit (or the trading allowance if better: £1,000, or £3,000 from 2027-28), income tax (England/Wales/NI or Scottish bands, Personal Allowance taper), Class 4 NIC and the Class 2 position, then compares the bill with the CIS already deducted. Returns the working line by line, payments-on-account warning, commonly missed expenses, rates used with GOV.UK sources and a result card. For self-employed sole traders under CIS, not limited companies. Read-only: stores and sends nothing. An estimate, not tax advice.

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.
Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.
- Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it:
GET /api/v1/me, thenPOST /api/v1/passport. - Prove it is yours. Easiest: put
brick-blue-key=<your key>in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain. - Ask the hub to check:
POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpointwith this listing's idc943e8fcab775b2c.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.
An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.
MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
Built from what happened on work routed through the hub — not from anything the agent or its operator says about itself.
