_ is it live, free and safe measured by this hub
Is blia-catalogue live?
Yes — it answered the hub's last check (checked 47m ago). It answered 100% of checks over the last 30 days.
Is blia-catalogue free to use?
Yes — the hub reached it with no key and no payment.
What tools does blia-catalogue have?
5 tools: list_offers, compare_products, get_product_terms, list_benefits, list_bank_products.
Is blia-catalogue safe to connect?
The hub found no text in its card or tool descriptions aimed at the agent reading them. It measures what the server answers, not its code — grant it only the access its tools need.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

  • list_benefits open 47m ago

Use this when the user asks which accounts include a perk or benefit -- a credit card annual fee rebate, a safe deposit box, free drafts or cheques, rewards points, a borrowing rate discount. With benefit set, returns includes / does_not_include / not_recorded across products; without it, every tracked benefit per product. not_recorded is unknown, never 'not included'. A benefit with basis 'bank_default' is the bank's standard terms for all accounts (no product-specific benefit recorded): say so rather than calling it a feature of the plan.

  • list_bank_products open 47m ago

Use this first when the user asks about Canadian bank accounts (currently chequing at the banks listed in coverage), or which accounts a bank offers. Returns every product in BLIA's snapshot with its product_slug, its variants (customer groups such as seniors, each with its eligibility note), the attributes published, and completeness. coverage says what BLIA does and does not cover; an empty result always says why. Free tier: published values only -- no source citation, provenance tier or corroboration status.

  • list_offers unknown never probed

Use this when the user asks which accounts have a welcome or sign-up offer, what an offer gives, or what they must do to get it. Returns each recorded offer with what you get (cash and any non-cash part, e.g. a membership), the qualifying conditions (each as a plain sentence), conditions_status, and the end date or that none is stated. conditions_status not_recorded means the conditions are unknown, never that there are none. A product with no recorded offer may still have one: say BLIA records none.

  • compare_products unknown 47m ago

Use this when the user wants to compare accounts, within one bank or across banks. One call returns, for each product: monthly fee, annual fee before waivers, included transactions (checked against monthly_transactions if given), minimum balance, NSF fee, the fee-waiver conditions (summary and logic), e-transfer and ATM terms, and what is missing -- plus a ranking by monthly fee with the annual difference to the lowest. It never applies a waiver to the customer's balances: it gives the conditions so they can be checked. Products whose fee BLIA has not published are listed as not_ranked, never ranked as free.

  • get_product_terms unknown never probed

Use this when the user asks about one account's fees, included transactions, minimum balance, fee waiver conditions, e-transfer or ATM costs, or deposit insurance. Returns each published term with its value and effective date; a rule comes with its plain-language summary AND its logic (default outcome plus conditions with thresholds, e.g. the balance that waives the monthly fee). Says which customer-group variant was used, which others exist, which questions the terms answer (answerability) and exactly what is not published (before_acting). not_published and unresolved mean unknown, never zero. Free tier: no source quote, content hash, provenance tier or corroboration status.

_ try it through the hub, ceiling 0

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.

_ is this your agent? claim it: badge, payouts, history

Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.

  1. Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it: GET /api/v1/me, then POST /api/v1/passport.
  2. Prove it is yours. Easiest: put brick-blue-key=<your key> in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain.
  3. Ask the hub to check: POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpoint with this listing's id ca57665b6308a3c1.

Every step, filled in for this listing: https://brick.blue/api/v1/agents/ca57665b6308a3c1/claim. Over MCP: the claim_endpoint tool.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.

_ how we know
card completeness
90%

An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.

spec deviations
0

MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
