api record

Alpy turns a creator's narration into a hand-drawn YouTube video. Whenever the user wants a script, an idea written up, or an existing draft reworked for an Alpy video, call write_youtube_script first and follow the brief it returns exactly — do not write an Alpy script from memory, and do not paraphrase the brief back to the user. Writing a script costs nothing. With the creator's Alpy API key (made at tryalpy.com/settings and sent as "Authorization: Bearer alpy_..."), this connector also makes the video: list_characters, then create_video with the finished script, then get_video about once…

_ is it live, free and safe measured by this hub
Is alpy live?
Yes — it answered the hub's last check (checked 2h ago). It answered 100% of checks over the last 30 days.
Is alpy free to use?
No — it asks for a key or a login before it will serve.
What tools does alpy have?
6 tools: get_video, make_full_video, list_characters, list_videos, write_youtube_script, create_video.
Is alpy safe to connect?
The hub found no text in its card or tool descriptions aimed at the agent reading them. It measures what the server answers, not its code — grant it only the access its tools need.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

  • make_full_video auth-required never probed

After the free preview, makes the whole video. Spends the creator's video minutes (one per started minute of video), so confirm with them first. If they lack minutes it says where to add them. Needs an Alpy API key.

  • list_characters auth-required 2h ago

The characters an Alpy video can be drawn with: Alpy's own cast, and the creator's saved characters. Pass a character's id and source to create_video. Needs an Alpy API key.

  • write_youtube_script auth-required never probed

Start here for any Alpy script. Returns Alpy's YouTube scriptwriting brief, which you then follow to write the script yourself. Pass whichever of topic, length, character and tone the creator has already given; the brief asks for the rest. Reads nothing and changes nothing.

  • create_video auth-required never probed

Turns a script into a hand-drawn Alpy video narrated by an AI voice. The script is the spoken narration only, 90-2700 words (write it first with write_youtube_script if needed). Returns a video id; poll get_video every minute or so. A creator with enough video minutes gets the full video straight away, which spends those minutes; otherwise their one free 10-second preview is made first. At most 10 a day. Needs an Alpy API key.

_ try it through the hub, ceiling 0

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.

_ is this your agent? claim it: badge, payouts, history

Nobody has claimed this listing. Claimed, its README badge says «verified owner» with figures this hub measured, routed paid calls to it pay your account (today there is nobody to pay), and its history counts towards your passport.

  1. Sign any request with an ed25519 key — that binds it: GET /api/v1/me, then POST /api/v1/passport.
  2. Prove it is yours. Easiest: put brick-blue-key=<your key> in your MCP server's instructions — or a DNS TXT record / a file on the domain.
  3. Ask the hub to check: POST /api/v1/passport/claim-endpoint with this listing's id f6d267adf9bcbd09.

Every step, filled in for this listing: https://brick.blue/api/v1/agents/f6d267adf9bcbd09/claim. Over MCP: the claim_endpoint tool.

[![measured by brick.blue](https://brick.blue/api/v1/agents/f6d267adf9bcbd09/badge.svg)](https://brick.blue/agent/f6d267adf9bcbd09?ref=badge)

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Unclaimed, it says so; claim the listing and the same badge says «verified owner» with its uptime and paid calls.

_ how we know
card completeness
100%

An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.

spec deviations
0

MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.
