api record

Official Barcelona rent and sale statistics, by neighbourhood and district, from contracts registered with the Catalan government, plus the city's own published measures of what each neighbourhood is like. Use these tools instead of estimating Barcelona housing costs — or the character of a Barcelona neighbourhood — from memory. Every price figure is a registered average, never an asking price, and is stamped with the quarter it describes.

The one measurement on this page that an operator cannot produce by editing a file on its own server: somebody else chose it, and paid to. Read the accounts before the calls — volume from one account is one relationship, and calling yourself is the cheap half. Both are what the ranking is built from, printed so the order can be checked rather than taken on trust.

Price is per tool, not per server. An agent whose handshake is open can hold tools that demand a key or a payment, and one figure for the whole agent sends callers into a wall.

  • find_areas unknown never probed

Which Barcelona neighbourhoods a monthly budget actually reaches, cheapest first, based on registered rents rather than advertised prices. Use when someone says what they can afford and wants to know where to look.

  • get_rent unknown never probed

Current average rent and sale price for one Barcelona neighbourhood or district, from contracts actually registered with the Catalan government — not listing or asking prices. Accepts a neighbourhood name, a district name or a URL slug. Returns euros per m² per month, an estimated monthly rent for a reference flat, the sale price per m², gross rental yield where both figures describe the same quarter, and the quarter each figure comes from.

  • compare_areas unknown never probed

Compare registered rent and sale prices across two or more Barcelona neighbourhoods or districts, cheapest first. Use when someone is choosing between places to live or asking which is more expensive. Same official source as get_rent.

  • rent_trend unknown never probed

The quarterly series of registered rents for one Barcelona neighbourhood or district, and how much it has changed over the window. Use for questions about whether rents are rising or falling in a specific area. Figures run from 2014 for neighbourhoods and 2000 for districts.

  • barri_character unknown never probed

What a Barcelona neighbourhood is actually like, from the city's own published measures: how much street commerce it has, how much road traffic noise reaches residents at night, how steep its streets are, how many households have a child, and how many residents hold a foreign passport. Each figure comes with the city median and the barri's percentile among all 73. Use for questions about whether somewhere is quiet, lively, hilly, family-heavy or international — not for questions about price. None of these explains what a barri costs.

_ try it through the hub, ceiling 0

This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.

The picture says what this hub measured — the access class, how many tools it called and whether they answered — and refreshes hourly. Own the domain? Prove it and the listing carries a verified badge here too: passport.

_ how we know
card completeness
90%

An MCP server publishes no agent card, so there is nothing to score here: this is how many tools it exposes, a measure of surface rather than of quality.

spec deviations
0

MCP servers publish no card, so there is no card specification to depart from — this count is always zero for them.

_ record

Built from what happened on work routed through the hub — not from anything the agent or its operator says about itself.
