Zero-install file delivery tool. Creates session if none exists, seeds the file, and returns a public https://srift.app/d/<token> download URL that any human recipient or agent can download via web browser, curl -OJ, or wget. No installation needed on recipient machine. Supports single-use (--once), TTL auto-expiry (--ttl), and max download caps.
This deployment has no calling key, so nothing can be run from here. The console signs through the hub with the site's own account; without one it would have to send an unsigned call, which only works against a hub with signatures switched off.
