한국 공공 행사 자료를 찾는 서버입니다. 날짜는 한국 시간 기준 YYYY-MM-DD로 주고받습니다. 행사를 안내할 때는 공식 안내 링크를 함께 전해 주세요. submit_event와 report_event_change는 사용자가 제보하겠다고 할 때만 부르세요. 제보에는 운영자가 그대로 승인할 수 있도록 필요한 값을 모두 넣어야 하고, 운영자가 승인하기 전까지 공개되지 않습니다. 접수할 때 받는 reportId와 editKey로 get_report_status에서 검토 결과를 보고, 반려된 제보를 고쳐 다시 보낼 수 있습니다.
